The room was gross, and the shower barely warmed up.

The location was exceptionally nice in the middle of jackson and the staff here was outstandingly accommodating and amicable. Also, a popular park was 2 miles away.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a budget hotel.
The room I was given had clear signs of neglect, including trash leftover from previous guests, utterly unacceptable. The bathroom had serious cleanliness issues, and the bathtub was disgusting. I ended up cleaning it myself before I could use it.

Clean and cool rooms had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a fridge. The hotel had a marvellous location right at Anderson Mall. The whole experience was decent from start to finish, totally recommend.
